Introduction personnelle
I’m an embedded talent partner, collaborating with hiring managers to recruit talent into their teams and add value into their overall recruitment strategy. I take the pressure away from hiring managers by providing planning, insight, and solutions for a hiring process, working as an extension of their team.
Being a creative recruiter – anything design, visual, moving image related, that’s my happy place! I’ve helped to scale up in-house creative teams, equally I have partnered with advertising, digital and creative agencies up and down the UK, to recruit some of the highest caliber talent
My recruitment journey started within the Midlands Design industry and stayed that way for a further 6 years. Working and learning throughout that time matching candidate to client, to become a Senior Recruiter within my field.
