With my 7 years in Recruitment, I’m delighted to be a member of the team at SyncD. My role is all about hiring technical professionals and providing a 5 star service on the candidate journey into forward-thinking digital businesses.
My experience covers all areas of technology, ranging from Product Design, Architecture to Broadcast Engineering. I would consider myself to be a well-rounded Talent Partner that can turn my hand to anything. I am a data-driven Talent Partner, using a variety of metrics to maintain an understanding of the passive candidate market and to improve recruitment processes & hiring targets.
My initial venture into Recruitment was via Agency hiring for general staffing temp staff. I made the decision of moving to an internal role within a Tech & Product function at a Media giant. There was so much in this sector to delve into, and it was a natural fit for my personal development. Aside from working on Product specialties, my domain was within Broadcast & Network Engineering. Recently, I have focused on scaling up engineering pods in Agile environments.
