My role at SyncD is very much focused on understanding our partners hiring needs and providing both high quality delivery and consulting on their recruitment processes & strategies.
Embedding seamlessly with our client’s talent functions and getting a deep understanding of their working culture in order to help them build world class engineering, design and product teams at pace.
I have over 12 years recruitment experience across tech and engineering. Previous to joining SyncD I was a Lead Consultant in the Futureheads contingency team working with fast growing digital start-ups as well as large corporates such as Facebook, Lloyds Bank and Sainsbury’s. I’ve also recently had the opportunity to widen my remit by working extensively on hiring within Product Design and Agile skillsets both in the UK and internationally.
